Terms and Conditions

Mattresses - 10 Year Warranty


Skyler mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”) from the date of delivery or collection. This Warranty is not transferable and covers only the original purchaser who continues to be the current owner of the product.

The Warranty is not valid if the mattress is used without its original cover or not properly set up on a solid base or foundation that provides adequate support to the mattress. Examples include a net type bed frame, a foundation of a different size or an uneven surface that provides inadequate support to the mattress etc.


This Warranty covers:

  • Defects of a structural or manufacturing nature, including physical flaws in the mattress causing the foam materials to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
  • Deterioration resulting in a visible indentation or sag of one (1) inch (25 mm) or larger when no weight is applied onto the mattress.


This Warranty does not apply to and excludes:

  • Individual comfort preferences such as firmness, texture and feel etc.
  • Physical abuse, improper use or abnormal use such as prolonged sitting on the mattress’ edges, bending, folding, standing or jumping on the mattress resulting in damage to its structure and / or cover material, including but not limited to cuts, tears, burns, stains, or soiling.
  • Deformity or damage to the mattress cover caused by washing, drying or high temperature treatment and resulting in shrinkage or a change in shape.
  • Replacement of the mattress due to a defective cover. If only the cover is defective (and not the mattress) when the mattress is purchased, only the cover will be replaced and not the whole mattress.
  • Mattress handles.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor changes or normal increase in softness in the mattress which do not affect its pressure-relieving properties.
  • Damage such as mould, discolouration, smells or bed bugs arising from poor mattress care and / or external environmental conditions.
  • Non-domestic use of the mattress.
  • Usage outside of Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Odour (some of the materials used in the mattress have a natural odour).
  • Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws, such as slight uneven stitches.
  • Mattress dimensions within the accepted tolerance of ±2cm on the quoted size.
  • Any circumstances involving medical or health issues, such as allergies, pain, discomfort etc.
  • Any mattress (whether manufactured by Skyler or not) sold by a reseller who is not an authorised Skyler reseller at the time of purchase.
  • Any mattress sold "as-is", "pre-conditioned", "reconditioned", "used", "comfort return", "returned", "previously owned" or any other similar wording indicating that the mattress is not "new" or of "first quality", or has previously been purchased or used by someone else.


For the first two years of the Warranty period, Skyler will, at its discretion, repair or replace a defective mattress or mattress cover for free. From the third to the tenth year, a repair or replacement fee will be charged, calculated by the number of years of ownership multiplied by the one tenth (1/10) of the prevailing retail price of the product.

In case an identical mattress model or material is not available for a replacement, Skyler reserves the right to substitute a comparable model or material, and any price difference shall be borne by the customer.

Repaired or replaced mattresses or mattress covers are subject to the same Warranty as the original mattress, such that its warranty term begins on the delivery / collection date of the original mattress that was purchased.

This Warranty does not include the right to a refund and only covers repairs or replacements of successful warranty claims.

Mattress Toppers - 5 Year Warranty


Skyler mattress toppers are covered by a 5-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”) from the date of delivery or collection. This Warranty is not transferable and covers only the original purchaser who continues to be the current owner of the product.

The Warranty is not valid if the topper is used without its original cover or not properly set up on a solid base, foundation or matching mattress that provides adequate support to the topper. Examples include a net type bed frame, a foundation or mattress of a different size or an uneven surface that provides inadequate support to the topper etc.


This Warranty covers:

  • Defects of a structural or manufacturing nature, including physical flaws in the topper causing the foam materials to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
  • Deterioration resulting in a visible indentation or sag of 15 mm or larger when no weight is applied onto the topper.


This Warranty does not apply to and excludes:

  • Individual comfort preferences such as firmness, texture and feel etc.
  • Physical abuse, improper use or abnormal use such as prolonged sitting on the topper’s edges, bending, folding, standing or jumping on the topper resulting in damage to its structure and / or cover material, including but not limited to cuts, tears, burns, stains, or soiling.
  • Deformity or damage to the topper cover caused by washing, drying or high temperature treatment and resulting in shrinkage or a change in shape.
  • Replacement of the topper due to a defective cover. If only the cover is defective (and not the topper) when the topper is purchased, only the cover will be replaced and not the whole topper.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor changes or normal increase in softness in the topper which do not affect its pressure-relieving properties.
  • Damage such as mould, discolouration, smells or bed bugs arising from poor product care and / or external environmental conditions.
  • Non-domestic use of the topper.
  • Usage outside of Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Odour (some of the materials used in the topper have a natural odour).
  • Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws, such as slight uneven stitches.
  • Topper dimensions within the accepted tolerance of ±2cm on the quoted size.
  • Any circumstances involving medical or health issues, such as allergies, pain, discomfort etc.
  • Any topper (whether manufactured by Skyler or not) sold by a reseller who is not an authorised Skyler reseller at the time of purchase.
  • Any topper sold "as-is", "pre-conditioned", "reconditioned", "used", "comfort return", "returned", "previously owned" or any other similar wording indicating that the topper is not "new" or of "first quality", or has previously been purchased or used by someone else.


For the first two years of the Warranty period, Skyler will, at its discretion, repair or replace a defective topper or topper cover for free. From the third to the fifth year, a repair or replacement fee will be charged, calculated by the number of years of ownership multiplied by the one fifth (1/5) of the prevailing retail price of the product.

In case an identical topper model or material is not available for a replacement, Skyler reserves the right to substitute a comparable model or material, and any price difference shall be borne by the customer.

Repaired or replaced toppers or topper covers are subject to the same Warranty as the original topper, such that its warranty term begins on the delivery / collection date of the original topper that was purchased.

This Warranty does not include the right to a refund and only covers repairs or replacements of successful warranty claims.

Pillows - 3 Year Warranty


Skyler pillows are covered by a 3-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”) from the date of delivery or collection. This Warranty is not transferable and covers only the original purchaser who continues to be the current owner of the product.


This Warranty covers:

  • Defects of a structural or manufacturing nature, including structural flaws in the pillow causing the foam materials to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
  • Deterioration resulting in a visible indentation or sag of 15 mm or larger when no weight is applied onto the pillow.


This Warranty does not apply to and excludes:

  • Individual comfort preferences such as firmness, texture and feel etc.
  • Splitting or cracking of the gel pad materials.
  • Physical abuse, improper use or abnormal use such as prolonged excessive weight applied on the pillow beyond regular use, bending, folding, sitting or jumping on the pillow resulting in damage to its structure and / or cover material, including but not limited to cuts, tears, burns, stains, or soiling.
  • Deformity or damage to the pillow cover caused by washing, drying or high temperature treatment and resulting in shrinkage or a change in shape.
  • Replacement of the pillow due to a defective cover. If only the cover is defective (and not the pillow) when the pillow is purchased, only the cover will be replaced and not the whole pillow.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor changes or normal increase in softness in the pillow which do not affect its pressure-relieving properties.
  • Damage such as mould, discolouration, smells or bed bugs arising from poor product care and / or external environmental conditions.
  • Non-domestic use of the pillow.
  • Usage outside of Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Odour (some of the materials used in the pillow have a natural odour).
  • Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws, such as slight uneven stitches or minor cracks or bubbles in the gel pad.
  • Pillow dimensions within the accepted tolerance of ±2cm on the quoted size.
  • Any circumstances involving medical or health issues, such as allergies, pain, discomfort etc.
  • Any pillow (whether manufactured by Skyler or not) sold by a reseller who is not an authorised Skyler reseller at the time of purchase.
  • Any pillow sold "as-is", "pre-conditioned", "reconditioned", "used", "comfort return", "returned", "previously owned" or any other similar wording indicating that the pillow is not "new" or of "first quality", or has previously been purchased or used by someone else.


For the duration of the Warranty period, Skyler will, at its discretion, repair or replace a defective pillow or pillow cover for free.

In case an identical pillow model or material is not available for a replacement, Skyler reserves the right to substitute a comparable model or material, and any price difference shall be borne by the customer.

Repaired or replaced pillows or pillow covers are subject to the same Warranty as the original pillow, such that its warranty term begins on the delivery / collection date of the original pillow that was purchased.

This Warranty does not include the right to a refund and only covers repairs or replacements of successful warranty claims.

Protectors - 2 Year Warranty


Skyler mattress and pillow protectors are covered by a 2-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”) from the date of delivery or collection. This Warranty is not transferable and covers only the original purchaser who continues to be the current owner of the product.


This Warranty covers:

  • Defects of a structural or manufacturing nature, despite normal usage and proper handling.


This Warranty does not apply to and excludes:

  • Individual comfort preferences such as firmness, texture and feel etc.
  • Physical abuse, improper use or abnormal use such as bending, folding, pulling or jumping on the protector, and including but not limited to cuts, tears, burns, stains, or soiling.
  • Deformity or damage to the protector caused by washing, drying or high temperature treatment and resulting in shrinkage or a change in shape.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor changes in the protector which do not affect its waterproofing properties.
  • Damage such as mould, discolouration, smells or bed bugs arising from poor product care and / or external environmental conditions.
  • Non-domestic use of the protector.
  • Usage outside of Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Odour (some of the materials used in the protector have a natural odour).
  • Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws, such as slight uneven stitches.
  • Protector dimensions within the accepted tolerance of ±2cm on the quoted size.
  • Any circumstances involving medical or health issues, such as allergies, pain, discomfort etc.
  • Any protector (whether manufactured by Skyler or not) sold by a reseller who is not an authorised Skyler reseller at the time of purchase.
  • Any protector sold "as-is", "pre-conditioned", "reconditioned", "used", "comfort return", "returned", "previously owned" or any other similar wording indicating that the protector is not "new" or of "first quality", or has previously been purchased or used by someone else.


For the duration of the Warranty period, Skyler will, at its discretion, repair or replace a defective protector for free.

In case an identical protector model or material is not available for a replacement, Skyler reserves the right to substitute a comparable model or material, and any price difference shall be borne by the customer.

Repaired or replaced protectors are subject to the same Warranty as the original protector, such that its warranty term begins on the delivery / collection date of the original protector that was purchased.

This Warranty does not include the right to a refund and only covers repairs or replacements of successful warranty claims.

Sheets / Duvets - 1 Year Warranty


Skyler bamboo sheets / microfibre duvets are covered by a 1-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”) from the date of delivery or collection. This Warranty is not transferable and covers only the original purchaser who continues to be the current owner of the product.


This Warranty covers:

  • Defects of a structural or manufacturing nature, despite normal usage and proper handling.


This Warranty does not apply to and excludes:

  • Individual comfort preferences such as firmness, texture and feel etc.
  • Physical abuse, improper use or abnormal use such as bending, folding, pulling or jumping on the sheets / duvets, and including but not limited to cuts, tears, burns, stains, or soiling.
  • Deformity or damage to the sheets / duvets caused by washing, drying or high temperature treatment and resulting in shrinkage or a change in shape.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor changes such as colour-fading or pilling in the sheets / duvets which is normal due to the natural and organic nature of bamboo fibres / cotton.
  • Damage such as mould, discolouration, smells or bed bugs arising from poor product care and / or external environmental conditions.
  • Non-domestic use of the sheets.
  • Usage outside of Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Odour (some of the materials used in the sheets have a natural odour).
  • Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws, such as slight uneven stitches.
  • Sheets / duvet dimensions within the accepted tolerance of ±2cm on the quoted size.
  • Any circumstances involving medical or health issues, such as allergies, pain, discomfort etc.
  • Any sheets / duvets (whether manufactured by Skyler or not) sold by a reseller who is not an authorised Skyler reseller at the time of purchase.
  • Any sheets / duvets sold "as-is", "pre-conditioned", "reconditioned", "used", "comfort return", "returned", "previously owned" or any other similar wording indicating that the sheets / duvets are not "new" or of "first quality", or have previously been purchased or used by someone else.


For the duration of the Warranty period, Skyler will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective sheets / duvets for free.

In case an identical sheets / duvet model or material is not available for a replacement, Skyler reserves the right to substitute a comparable model or material, and any price difference shall be borne by the customer.

Repaired or replaced sheets / duvets are subject to the same Warranty as the original sheets / duvet, such that their warranty term begins on the delivery / collection date of the original sheets / duvet that was purchased.
